copyrights to the content on this site. Downloading or Purchasing the
Content from this site does not transfer copyright to you it only grants
you usage rights which are listed below. Please note that my templates,
graphics, and artwork each have different terms of use.
Your use of the graphics and content of this site means that you agree to
the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms you
should leave this website immediately and don't use the content herein. By
using my graphics you are entering into a legal agreement with Crimson
Rose Designs and agree to the following usage terms. And are legally bound
to follow this agreement.

OUR Backgrounds, GRAPHICS & CLIP ART
Our Graphics Usage
All of our Graphics are ROYALTY FREE graphics, you
may use them in any COMMERCIAL or Personal project, however I retain the
original copyright to prevent distribution of the images as they are
offered. You may not redistribute or sell any image in its present state.
This means you may create anything you wish for personal or commercial
projects but don't sell or distribute the original images in and of
themselves. No Image may or component thereof may be resold as part of any
clip art or graphics collection...You MAY NOT redistribute these images as
brushes, .psd files, tubes or clip art. And they may not be shared with
other people or groups... If it is found that they are being shared your
rights to these images will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
On any of our graphic sets, no link back is required but it is always greatly appreciated...You can't redistribute any of the graphics, sell them, or give them away for free. You may however share the link to my site for others to download the free graphics or purchase a set of their own! You can not direct link to these images and use our bandwidth... Please download the file and upload it to your own server to use it...
You MAY freely distribute or sell anything you CREATE from the images as you wish. The graphics can be used for: graphic design, print projects, scrap booking, signature tags, web templates, artwork, greeting cards, stationary, and for almost anything else you can dream up.
Restrictions and Regulations:
1.You may use the tubes in decorating your email but you cannot pass the
original clip art file through email or tube groups.
2.You may not offer the clip art for download.
3. You may burn a copy of the graphics you purchased to a CD for your own
personal use. But can not redistribute or share the CD to others.
4. All of our Graphics can be used for Commercial or Personal Use and no
link back is required... Although we always greatly appreciate a link or
credit....
OUR TEMPLATES
If you've purchased a template you
can use the template on your personal or commercial website or auction
listing provided that you adhere to the terms of use and restrictions
below. No Previous HTML knowledge is needed. We provide an easy to follow
tutorial for beginners that will teach you the basics and we will provide
full tech support to help you set it up if needed!
You can make minor alterations to the template for your personal use. You
can mix and match fonts and colors; You can add your own Logos or leave
out certain graphics that do not pertain to your site or auction listing,
but you can't alter the graphics on the template. Do not put your own
copyright on any of the images as this is the same as claiming credit for
the images.
Template Restrictions and
Regulations:
1. You can not sell or share the template and it's graphics or give them
away for free.
2. You can not alter, resize, or recolor the graphics on the templates,
except with our written approval.
3. You can not use any part of the template in another template that
you're giving away or selling.
4. You can not use the templates on any site that advocates crime,
pornography, hate, prejudice, cruelty to children or animals.
5. Any page you use the template or the graphics, You must provide our
copyright information and link back to Crimson Rose Designs. It must be on
every page where the template or graphics are displayed and NOT
reduce in importance to a links or credits page.
6. You must upload any images and files from the template to your own
website or photo hosting service. Do not link directly to my images. There
are many places where you can host your website and images for free, and I
provide suggestions with your template information.
Finally, these templates and
graphics are registered with the U.S. Copyright office and l will pursue
legal action against anyone who violates these rights.
OUR ARTWORK
Our Fairytale portraits all come with a personal print release. Meaning you can make prints for your family or friends and your own personal use only. CrimsonRoseDesigns still retains all copyrights to these pictures and reserves all commercial rights to them.
Our Original Fantasy art and digital art may not be duplicated in any form without our written consent.
